Location.

The guy working the front desk tried charging me twice, then he cancelled my reservation, threw my ID & credit cards at me & walked away. Still charged me for a room even tho he refused to give me a room/room key

THe location; the frig and microwave; free internet;

no free breakfast or even coffee; steps up to 2nd floor; staff's poor communication; staff being rude was the worst; will call customer service back to share specifics; no effort from staff to check and see if another room available on lst level

I will never go to this hotel again. The front desk lady was rude. She basically told me to leave. When I finally got to my room it was 2 days later. I was told they accepted pets and did not. The hotel refused me a refund.

Everything. Staff was rude. Never again..

No free breakfast, check out was at 11am so the staff knocked on my door at 10:30am while I was in the shower asking me what time was I checking out. Then knocked on my door again at 11am asking me what time I was checking out! Horrible!!

Easy check in. Nice rooms. And the outdoor pool.

Not being able to check in early.

Not much....we were kept up all night to wait for maintenance to fix our remote control for the television and the air conditioning was old,outdated and didn't work well. We had to ask for a fan to cool the room enough to sleep.

Great location, and right off the highway.

The continental breakfast could use a little more variety.

I like this place and it is my top choice for the area because it is reasonably priced for sleeping. I do not need entertainment or fancy surroundings to sleep.

The bathroom fan was a bit noisy.

The staff was very rude. We were made to switch rooms. The new room had no hot water and receptionist response was she knew nothing about plumbing. We were charged twice and had to call BBB to receive a refund. Do not stay here!!

Clean room, quiet and close to everything

The employee at the counter not only gave us the wrong room when we arrived, but after we got in the right room we left for our concert and when we got back they moved us again to another room but didn't check the fridge and left our drink behind.

I liked its location otherwise, it was a cheap inexpensive stay in the Columbus area.

I had to reactivate my key on multiple occasions. The in hotel breakfast was stale and not very good.

Zero. Nada. Nothing. Horrible experience. The worst I have ever had!

Everything. It smelled terrible, and poor condition all around. The staff was the worst part. The gentleman in the evening was fine, but the female in the morning was the worst experience of customer service I have ever had to endure!

This hotel can not be a 2 star hotel. The picture they have on their site are false they do not have a flat screen tv the by was an old box tv. The walls were dirty as well as the curtains. I was on a business trip and meed an iron and ironing board which

TV reception very poor, TV very old, remote did not work. No coffee in room, they turned off machine coffee in lobby at 10:00 AM. Put a plexiglass shield up for night clerk. Minimal towels in room. Continental Brkft a joke. Rolls, muffins & bagels w/O

Nothing the bed is old and left me stiff and body sore. The staff is non existent. Phone rings and rings when call property. The room smelled like someone smoked in there since 1900's and never cleaned. There were burn holes in the blanket the curtains

And the walls were yellow because of the smoke. The breakfast was undesirable, juice had water mixture tasted awful and other stuff looked dry. There was a bag of ice in trash can when arrived in room.

Nothing. It was an average motel. Not really a hotel. Old style TV's. Breakfast was pathetic. It was a sparse selection. Not worth eating. 2 table in cramped space.

O.k. hotel, rooms are a bit dated but clean. I've stayed at more modern hotels and on the surface appeared clean but spent my whole time itching afterwards. Appearance is nice but it's what's on the inside that counts.

We stayed here for Rock on the Range. The price was great compare to others and it was right by the highway for easy access. If you dont mind older hotel rooms and getting shat you pay for I very highly suggest this hotel.

Our room was not real clean. It needed vacuumed but other than that not bad.
