I booked 2 double beds non smoking. Was told on 1 double bed left in smoking. No signal on tv. Desk clerk said would try to come look at. She never came !

It's close to a theater and restraunts

Room is trashy and depressing, no cups and one set of towels for a double occupancy room. Bed was comfortable. A lot of noise from outside the hotel, people with stereos just blaring away. The staff is way over worked, check in was delayed by hours

It was clean.

It smelled like weed or whatever when you walk the hallways. It smelled AWFUL!! You do get what you pay for. The only reason I even booked a room here because there was a merge at the other hotel and they failed to tell me my room was cancelled.

No toilet paper, dirty, needs new carpet was discussing sheets had stains no ice machine or coffee machine blind on window broken walls were dirty

Location Slept Well

Although it was an extended-stay hotel, there was absolutely not a single item in the kitchen, not even ice trays. The hallways were dirty, the toilet's water would not stop running, and at least one light bulb was out. The bed sheet had stains.

Nothing! - except after I checked out and sent email to manager, they did refund my whole stay

External door to parking lot did not lock 2nd morning toilet did not work - 8 hours after reporting g it, still not fixed. I was told their handyman was on vacation! Front desk not staffed most of the time

Dirty floor, no towels, used soap bars left in shower.. bed was not as advertised. Room was supposed to be credited and has not been yet.. I need to be compensated for such a terrible experience.

My first night here a man was beating on the door next to me and damaged it. The drug addicts passed out in the hall were extremely scary. I left my second day and paid for 4. Most unsafe hotel I¿ve ever been in.

Worst hotel , the drug addicts were extremely sad and scary. I can¿t explain how emotionally damaging this place is. I¿ve never saw people shooting up drugs this was a real eye opener for me and both sad and scary.

The friendly staff

Room had no trash can. They over booked so we went from a room with 2 double beds to a room with a single bed and pull out couch. Had to ask for sheets and stuff to clean my room. There was gum stuck to head board.

The Staff was very nice and Direct TV

Geez where do I start! Didn't know people lived there. Elevator smelled like Marijuana. The beds was more like a cot! It was not comfortable. For it to be a suite, there were no dishes. Not even a cup. Kids running up and down the hall. The train. Awful!

The location to work and the ability to cook instead of spend extra money eating out every day

Bigger beds, that are not paper thin. A/C units that work right

drug activity, cockroaches in room. we left and stayed elsewhere.

Check-in experience was really bad. I reached hotel at 11:10, there was no one at the check-in counter. It took me more than 40 minutes to check-in. Very disappointed. If you are arriving after 11:00 PM. This is not the hotel for you.

Knowledge of the staff is very poor in computers. They do not know how to check-in if some one arrives at the hotel.

I did not stay at Woodbridge suites. They called me while on the drive to that city to inform me they had no rooms left.

Roach in the bathroom. Just dirty and dingy. Glad we only had to stay here 2 nights before moving on to a cleaner and better hotel (Crowne Plaza) that did not cost much more than this one.

It was clean.

The fixtures were wearing out. Shower was hard to turn on and squeaked. Toilet very low to ground.
