- I had 15 days of business meetings in Houston. I booked this hotel for 3 days. On the first day, the outside temperature was 65°F and the room temperature was 71°F. No matter how hard I tried, even setting it to 80°F, it wouldn't go above 71°F. I called reception and said the heater wasn't working. A man came and fiddled with it and said it would be fixed in an hour, but I froze all night. The next morning, I went back to reception and said the heater wasn't working. They came again and said they had fixed it. But the same thing happened again; it hadn't been fixed. I asked for a room change, but they didn't do that either. So I'm forced to book another hotel for tomorrow and move there. I guess this hotel hasn't spent money on heating systems because the weather is hot in Texas. It was a very bad experience, I would never recommend it to anyone. My hotel number is 105.

Big and clean
The room was a little hot
bathroom was nice and clean and the beds were comfy!!
that it only has stairs together to the rooms on the second floor!!!
Did not eat breakfast. Hours were to early.
The toilette paper had mold and the toilette paper holder was broken off. The tv wires hung down and were not attractive at all. With a little effort this room could have presented better.

Don’t stay there, owner is extremely rude and rooms are dirty.
Bed sheets were dirty, and when I asked for a clean room or bedsheets owner was extremely rude and told me I can leave the property. He was like I don’t charge hundreds of dollars for room, ok but that doesn’t mean that you give guest a bad room.Please avoid if you can.
