Cons -
- My room door was left open by housekeeping after cleaning the room. I am thankful I was at the end of the hallway so not much foot traffic. I understand mistakes happen, however this was a huge safety issue.
- Our GPS had us exit the freeway and cross the feeder road to get to the hotel entrance. The feeder road is three lanes and the traffic is typically heavy and moving at high speed. I realize you have no control over the directions. Great Stay otherwise
- The miscommunication of the staff not knowing what they were doing

Front desk staff
