Decor, staff, cleanliness, gym, pool, the fruity water available at the entrance.

The breakfast was good, but the process of getting fresh cooked eggs, bacon, pancakes, and hash browns was very chaotic. I ordered a couple eggs then two large families came up behind me with their orders and my eggs never materialized.

This property is new; it's clean, and the room was fantastic with a kitchen. The property offers complete breakfast and gives guests a free happy hour during the week. The gym is excellent, and there's an indoor saltwater pool. Good location.

If you're not staying downtown, you need to rent a car. But Uber and Lyft were inexpensive and quick to get where I was going.

Modern hotel with a spacious lobby and common areas. The room had a comfortable bed with all the right amenities. Breakfast had a hotel team member scrambling eggs upon demand.

Good breakfast

Hotel employees made my stay extraordinary. I have stayed there before and remembered the wonderful service. It was amazing again. You can see that they take pride in their work and making the customers feel welcome.

It was almost new!

Maybe the room arrangement; it was a little bet crowdy.

The hotel is brand new and very nice. Everything about it was great.

The beds were VERY comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!! It was a wonderful hotel for our family.

The pool is a little small, but the seating poolside was comfy!

there is a cook there that makes your breakfast by order and he is SO rude. rude to everybody. we were here for 5 days and everyday people were talking about how they were scared to ask him for breakfast because he was yelling at people. he did the same to us. hopefully element gets rid of him and puts someone that is happy to work and that is welcoming. also the walls are incredibly thin. could hear neighbors using the restroom and their tv all night.

The location

Our shower did not work and my wife and I could not shower. All of the treadmills in the fitness room were broken. There was no coffee available at breakfast. This hotel was not worth the money we spent on it.

Decent room

Played the music to load, all night.We had our pets with us and was placed in the first room closest to the main lobby, so you could hear everything going on out there which caused the dogs to bark.

Updated, roomy, comfortable

Room was great. Property was located close to attractions and the interstate.

Breakfast. There was no listing of what was available to the guests from the kitchen/prep station area. On top of that the gentleman running the station was beyond crabby, unhelpful, curt and gave about 3 of us in a row completely the wrong things that we asked for. It wasn't worth engaging in him since he was in such a bad mood and we had no clue as to what was offered from the cook station to begin with. Coffee was constantly empty and we had to ask them to make more. There was a self-use machine that was broken on the counter for the entirety of our stay. We didn't bother eating down there on our second visit it was so off putting.

Great location close to downtown and the area felt very safe. The hotel overall was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.

Good stay overall. The only issue was that a maintenance worker used a key card and tried to enter our room in the morning （around 10 am) to check the air conditioner before checkout, even though we hadn’t requested any service. While his attitude was polite, it still made us feel a bit uncomfortable. It would be better if such visits were scheduled after checkout.

The staff was fantastic. It was my oldest son’s birthday and as soon as they heard about it, they jumped to make him feel very special. The breakfast was high quality. The room itself had more than we expected as a budget-friendly hotel. We will absolutely come back when we return to KC.

The pool was uncomfortably cold.

Location, decor, room size/bed comfort and staff was very friendly.

The breakfast options were a little lack luster. Muffins, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and some little egg quiches. Everything tasted great, just wanted a few more hot items.

Very clean, fabulous breakfast, amazing staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean nice rooms

Breakfast wasn’t great but for us that didn’t matter. The bathroom door was very squeaky we did ask for someone to come spray w-d 40 and no one came but overall it was an awesome hotel. I’d stay again!!
