- The staff that checked me in was nice.
- Spacious room, friendly staff
- The staff was great. I think their name was H or started with H. Very attentive to me and my daughter. We were down in the lobby and she was like that with all the guests. The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the hospital which was great because I had to be up so early. Will definitely stay here if or when we are back in town.

- The morning staff - I informed them I going to the hospital and would be back. Check out time is noon. at 11:15 I called for a late check ou and was informed they had already cleaned out my room for me and had all my belongings at the front desk. the room was filthy. Soap scum 1/2 inch deep in the shower. The coffee maker didn't work and was filthy as was the sink in the kitchenette.
