- Very nice staff. Very patient with our 86 year old momma?. Her key card needed to be reset and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Morgantown had a micro burst and the hotel lost power, the staff was helpful and made sure everyone was safe
- Large spacious rooms, large kitchen area with full size refrigerator.
- It's quiet and had comfy beds.
Cons -
- No
- The bathtub had a grimy water ring that needed to be cleaned. I cleaned it.
- The reason for my room rating was we had a problem with the TV/Cable hookup. The staff member on duty was very nice, came to the room, tried to fix it, but ultimately I was the one who got it partially fixed; good enough for the one night we stayed.
