Roof my filthy. Had gnats flying all over. Stains on the bed. Floor was filthy. Walls were rusty and dirty. Room smelled bad

Amazing staff who granted me a late checkout with a smile. Great Breakfast. Location was perfect, right off major freeway. I'm from Michigan and will definitely use this hotel again. It was comfortable and clean!

It was quiet

There were cockroaches on my bed when I went to pull my blankets down for bed. Then more in the bathroom when I had gotten up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom

Always stayed at this hotel and had good experience but will never stay here again staff can¿t back up there statements of accusations they make and how they treat there guests.

Was charged extra for smoking in the room when no smoking was done in the room when we my husband and I only slept there. Management was rude refused to talk with me hung up on me. Refused to listen to anything I had to say. ¿¿

Quilty , the rooms were not very clean , and then our room didn¿t get cleaned only after asking why, we were informed that we had to request it to be done . Continental.breakfast was well below average. Overall very disappointed

Nothing.First room had a running water faucet that wouldn't turn off.Second room they gave me had a horrible smell but I was too tired to care. Then later that night I found a half eaten cereal bar on the floor by the bed. Disgusting.

I have NEVER had a bad experience ANYWHERE UNTIL NOW. Second room I was given had a horrible smell and then by the time I came back to go to bed I found a half eaten cereal bar on the floor by the bed. Horrifying and Disgusting.

It has a pool

The entire hotel smelled really bad, um the window in my room was broken, mold thru out the entire room. I was charged a $50 deposit.

Large room size. Very clean. Comfortable beds. An indoor pool of decent size and comfortable temperature. Adequate breakfast well maintained by courteous and helpful staff.

Close to the highway

My room was moist-couldn¿t walk barefoot on floor. Told there was water in the machine-machine said water available at front desk. Place needs a good dehumidifier and some retraining.

The hotel was very clean and quiet.

The hot breakfast was very minimal and bland.

Location, cost, room and staff were great. Didn't try the breakfast since we had early plans elsewhere.

The only thing we were surprised at was the Little League games were being held. Staff was a bit overwhelmed by the crowd, but handled all the room juggling beautifully. Well done!

Booking agent didn¿t pay hotel so there was a 30 minute delay checking into our room.

This was the least expensive of 3 hotels at this particular interstate exit, so my expectations were not the highest. But was I surprised. Very clean and tidy property, nice breakfast and the pool was nice and clear. Wouldn¿t hesitate to stay here again.

Reception was a little weird as staff were gathered around behind the front desk trying to figure out a problem with the key card programmer. It worked out, though.

It was peaceful and the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The keys to the room they wouldn't work so I couldn't get in the room they said that they would get it fixed bring me new keys well we was hungry so left to get food got back with our food,none of the keys not even master key would work our food got cold.

It was affordable.

There was mold in the room; in the bathroom and kitchen. The room smelled horrible! This was my second stay at this hotel and I will not be staying here again. All my belongings smelled when I arrived home.

The front desk staff weren't very fast and didn't mind that the toilet was clogged two days in a row. The room smelled of must and mold. The AC wasn't very cold.

There was roaches in every room they moved us to and they didn't even care when i told them about the bugs

My hotel room did not A/C working. The sheets on the bed were stained from the prior user. Housekeeping seemed to work alternate days. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

All the bugs in our room and the fact that the staff was indifferent about this problem
