- Friendly and helpful PM registration desk clerk.
- Staff was friendly.
- The front desk were super nice
Cons -
- AM registration desk clerk was strangely quiet and sad looking. Then her manager came up to the desk. It appeared to me that she feared him. Seemed like a toxic situation.
- Hotel room did not present we. It was in need of repair(s) carpet was very dirty, not stocked with amenities. I didn't expect plush, but I did expect better.
- Accidentally booked a pet free room & they wouldn?t refund my money
