Motel 6-Farmington Hills, MI - Northwest - Farmington Hills

The room was mostly clean and we were able to stay on the ground floor.

The website advertised that 5 people could stay in this room. There were 2 beds and no option for a mattress or cot. The room smelled quite strongly and there were a couple dead bugs (I imagine the smell was from bug spray).

Dirty, filthy, floor left my feet black Old and so banged up you couldn't tell if anyone cleaned bathroom Security, there was a 1/2 inch gap all around the door you could see outside

The room smell like weed real bad and I don't smoke @ all. I stay for a hour or two I left.

The price of the room

Hot water took forever phone didn't work sink leaked dirty sheets remote was broken door had a draft. Call front desk about water and was hung up on.

Front desk had availability and asked which level I preferred, very pleasant. Room was as expected and clean. Had more towels than a more expensive previous hotel. It was a good place. No frills but comfortable.

Easy to get to from the expressway

I asked for extra towels, the night clerk didnt want to give any until I brought the old ones back. I reserved for 4 people and they only left 2 towels. There were dogs barking every time I left my room and jumping at the windows. I had my dog with me and was afraid to walk her after we got there. There was a leak above the sink that we didnt notice until morning and the clothes we had on the counter were soaked by then. The door was drafty as well. Got cold quick and the heater was loud.

It was spacious that's for sure also a decent size TV to relax

How old fashioned the sink was it was even cracked up from how old it was and the table only having one chair and it being weirdly placed in the middle of the room was awkward also the bed was a bit stiff

Had to get second room that smelled like smoke. First room no key worked.

Lots of smells in room

Location convenient for me and price attractive. I simply slept and showered so nothing else to add. Hotel is a little tired but good value for money.

Door gaps were very wide, did not matter in summer but might be a problem when weather is cold.

wifi in the room didn't work nor the bathrooms were clean plus no hot water.

Nothing I wouldn’t let my dog stay there

Well,what can I say.First I had a canceled stay by the previous property due to a flood than I booked with motel 6 and I paid few extra box difference...but the main point is that the room was non smoking and smelled on Marijuana...than I complained and they changed the room for me.The second room was a little better,but I still had to open the door for 10 min to get in a fresh air...I was ready to leave anyway eventhough the front desk decided to keep me waiting until the next day about my refund if I was going to get it that is....decided to stay I was tired from the event I went to,so did not have an energy to book another room somewhere else.Would not recommend if you want a pleasant stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was recently painted

Room doesn't have Microwave and enough furniture

Thought i booked a jacuzzi room. No jacuzzi. Had a hard time with the keyboard to get into the room. Took about 3mins each time to get in. Bathtub looked dirty. Needs replaced. Only 1 chair to sit in there was 2 of us.

Motel 6 has the best beds... FIRM. Rooms are always clean.

Toilet never really quite shut off. Almost... but not quite.

The property was clean and without loitering incident.

There was no tub stopper or shampoo.
