The spacious and modern room

Not enough parking spaces in front of the main entrance to hotel.

Yeah. The check in time. Got to this hotel at 10:49 am I had to wait at the drive way till 3 pm to get access to a room. They need to be some flexibility.

Bathtub was clog and the staff refused to remedy the problem.

Size of room, full size fridge in kitchenette, soft bed and pillows.

Room was not cleaned. there was visible hair in the shower from someone shaving, dog hair on the table, bathroom floor definitely had not been mopped. Not disgusting but I expected the room to be clean, and hair free.

Hotel was very clean and so spacious. New and modern. Everything felt fresh and clean. Even the pull out sofa was nice. Staff was busy, but still very accommodating.

Breakfast was not great, but it was something.

I love the location. Its out of the way but near everything. The staff was wonderful!

It was hair in the shower and in the bathroom floor but I normally wipe everything down anyway.

Very clean and staff was friendly. Not a bunch of weed or smoke in the Hotel thats a plus.

There wasn't much negative about this place. There was no body wash in the shower but they brought it quick. Really no negatives.

The security of the parking lot needs a lot to be improved, since my company car was broken into. I called and reported it to the hotel manager, but they were not in yet. Once they arrived, I found out they were new and did not know how to view the footage. Once they figured it out, the manager was unable to assist, since the camera that was aiming where I parked was blocked by a tree and the lighting was very poor. Luckily the only thing they took was the apple cords in the middle console. However, they did go thru the glove box and the other things in the car, since things were moved around.

The hospitality/front desk staff members were very friendly and accommodating. After our long flight their kindness was much appreciated. Thank you.

- Housekeeping: Though we arrranged for our studio room to be tidied on a particular day,very little was done. Beds weren't made and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Please consider raising the standard as what we experienced was left a lot to be desired.- Breakfast offerings: Though the dining room attendent was very kind, the offerings were scant and appeared to have been siting for a while.- Exterior: When snow and ice is exdpected salt the parking lot!! The icy pavement was exceedingly difficult to navigate without slipping and sliding.

The rooms are spacious i liked how it had a large fridge and microwave and a small dining table that was separated from the bedroom area.

The problem I had with the room was that the blankets were filthy! I mean there were all kinds of stains all over our blanket and it looked like it hadn’t even been washed. I called the front desk and they brought me a new one and that one even had stains on it. We opted out to even use it and used a smaller one we brought from home. The breakfast was terrible, the only hot food they served were eggs,biscuits and gravy, and a waffle station. The bagels and toast they had out were hard as a rock.

Had a few rooms for the wedding party and the kitchens were life savers. I cooked and meal prepped for the brunch I was hosting while the wedding parties were getting ready. Clean rooms, comfy beds, really good breakfast! Pet friendly!

It was clean

The front desk could not find our reservation. She told me that I needed to contact booking.com . I provided my Id upon check in. So I had to step aside to find reservations number after finding the number she still Clint find our reservation. She looked on a sheet of papers and then she was able to pull up my reservation. It took about 20 mins to get checked in.

We were traveling for my sister's birthday weekend, we booked a two queen bed room-- but when we got to the property we were given a one queen bed room with a sofa bed. We did arrive late in the evening so I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but we told the receptionists what we had booked and they said that they had no rooms like that available anymore. They also said that the manager had changed our booking, but I had not received any kind of email or phone call about this. The two receptionists who helped us were very nice and wanted to figure something out for us since there were four of us staying. They gave us two single queen bed rooms directly across from each other. We thought this was very nice and we were grateful for the help. The next morning we decided to explore Ann Arbor, so we left the hotel for the day. When we returned, my sister and I's room card no longer worked, so we went to the front desk. The manager said he locked us out because we were not allowed to have two rooms. My sister and I were confused because we didn't ask for two rooms nor did we expect them, but we were paying for a two queen bed suite. He said there was nothing he could do and that we needed to get out of the room we were given the night before because they don't give out free rooms. I asked if there was anyway we could get the room we booked and he said no. I understand he was doing his job, but he continued to talk down to my sister and I about this, trying to over explain how hotels work, he also threw his employees under the bus saying he was "very upset with them" for doing this and that he couldn't do anything for us, and that because we booked through a 3rd party it only guarantees us a room, not the room type. At this point we were just tired and frustrated and embarrassed. We spent two more nights there where we had to sleep on an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed.
