La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sevierville/Kodak

We went and rented the room checked in left the room to go to dinner came back around five. The toilet had flooded all over the floor in the restroom went down. Told the staff immediately they never sent anyone up to the room to clean never sent maintenance said they didn’t have any other rooms available. We stayed in the room for the night with no access to the toilet the next day we spoke with the front desk again they told us to speak with the manager that was on 1227. It is now January 24. We have reached out to the manager at least five times left our phone number twice we’ve gotten no response. We also filed a grievance through Booking.com. They said that the hotel would get back with them within 48 hours. We still have not heard anything from anyone very disappointing very disappointed in the management that they can’t even respond. Not having a restroom and also not having anyone come and clean up or sterilize the room totally unsanitary. We put down towels to collect all of the water. We still would like to hear from management and we would like the one night refunded back to the card we are going to continue to try to reach out with Booking.com and also with the La Quinta until this gets resolved.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was friendly. The pool was clean and fun.

The room was very dusty. Dust was all over the tv, the air unit, the tops of the beds etc. Rooms need to be updated. If you stay on the road side of the room it gets very loud.

Staff was great- offered to move breakfast to earlier time to accommodate team

Only 1 washer & 1 dryer. Need 1 on each floor or multiple in a central location
