The staff. The lady that runs it is really nice and always right there when you need her!

Cons -

The washing machine and dryer were both broke.
The room smelled of smoke and the AC was so dirty I had to wipe off the dust and clean the filter. It bothered my asthma so bad I couldn't stay my last day and night. The floors and carpet felt grimy under my feet.
