- The staff is absolutely wonderful. We had an issue where our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and staff very quickly helped us move to a new room. We found it easy to get comfortable once in a new room.

- Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. The room itself was dated and surface-level clean, but was in need of deep cleaning- the track on the shower door, the dust in the vent above the shower head...
- king bed was smaller than most king size beds and the mattress was too firm
