The staff was great the room was clean , breakfast was good and the amenities were well maintained.

being right next to the medical center there were a lot of loud sirens at all hours of the night.

Hampton Inn At Boston Crosstown Center is a mile of nice walk to Northeastern campus. The room was very clean, and the amenity was as described. The staff was courteous and helpful. They provide a great breakfast selection too. Great value!

It is right next to Boston medical center and a police headquarters. There were sirens every 5 min during the day and maybe every 15 min at night.

We had a handicapped room, but the toilet is very low and inappropriate for challenged older adults. Also availability of seating is limited, and on Sunday night the noise level was atrocious.

Good location for my need to be close to North eastern University.

Being so close to the medical facilities did have the consequence of lots of sirens at various times through the nightime.

Very clean, all amenities included, breakfast had a waffle-maker, and the parking was relatively cheap compared to some other hotels in Boston.

The area was not the greatest due to a large amount of police cars and ambulance noises but generally it was not bad enough to interrupt sleep like I've seen some reviews say. It is right on Mass Ave and easy walking distance from a nicer part of town!

Hotel and room were clean, staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was amazing.

My only complaint is the location. I do not recommend walking around near the hotel. My group walked about 0.8 miles to the nearest subway station a couple of times and there are some sketchy areas. I recommend driving or getting an Uber/Lyft if possible.

The hotel was very easy to get to, with friendly staff, generous checkout times, clean room and bedding, and a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

While parking was discounted, I did not realize I needed to get it validated at the front desk so I ended up paying full price one of the days. It would have been nice to know that.

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was superior to anything I expected from a free hotel breakfast. I'd book this hotel again just for the breakfast.

The wifi in my room was dreadful. I had some business I needed to attend to online during my stay, and I had to go down to the lobby in order to get enough of a signal to get on the internet.

I specially booked this hotel for the pool after a long drive and the water was beyond freezing, we asked about it was told the ¿heater was just turned on, come back at 8pm and it should be warm¿ we returned at 815 and the water was still freezing.

Rooms were clean. Nice fitness center.

The location was terrible and I almost left. This is NOT a safe area of Boston and I was unable to walk or use public transit.

I stay here once a year; it is always clean and fresh. It is very nice that they offer a complete breakfast.

We are always a bit wary of the location; it is convenient to the hospitals, but has alot of homelessness in the area; people loitering/smoking.

The room was excellent, spacious, comfortable and a very relaxing place. I also enjoyed the pool, very nice and located on he top floor - it provided an excellent view of Boston while swimming. The maids were super nice, friendly and very accomodating.

The security guard was a moron as well as a mean jerk. He totally ruined my stay and I will never forget or forgive his actions. Because of that man, I will NEVER stay at that hotel again. He threatened to "pick me up and throw me out on the street".

Friends let me know that "Mass & Cass" is well known in Boston as the epicentre of their opioid crisis. This hotel is (through no fault of theirs) surrounded by a tent city of unfortunates. I change my plans and never checked in...

The location was not very safe or very close to a T line. The room:in need of maintenance and repair. Mold on the ceiling, chair with upholstery coming off, wallpaper peeling off the wall, 3/4 of the outlets didn't work. Sirens all PM outside

It was ok I would not choose this hotel again..

Shuttle to downtown wasnt timw wise convienient.. i had to pay taxis to get back and fourth to downtown. NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AGAIN..!!!! DESK STAFF WAS NICE BUT NOT VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION INFORMATION..POLICE AMBULANCE SIRENS. DIDNT SLEEP MUCH

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The parking was convenient, in the parking garage right across the street from the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well and I liked being able to get tea/coffee any time of the day.

It is right across the street from a hospital and it was very loud. On Southampton Street, there were a lot of homeless people and police activity. The rooms seemed outdated and the mattresses are old and stiff. The room had a moldy smell to it.
