Everything except the location was excellent.

The location was horrible. It is on what is known as "meth mile" There has even been a documentary about it.

That it was clean and loved the room size. And of course the complimentary breakfast.

Very noisy. We were on the 6th floor and the noise from the road ouside was unacceptable. Something needs to be done

The room was super clean and much bigger than what I had anticipated. The staff were all very friendly.

The area surrounding the hotel was a tiny bit "iffy" at night. The parking lot was convenient, but not secure.

This hotel was in a visibly unsafe area. There were drug addicts hanging around across the street and police car lights flashing in our room most of the night. Had a security guard outside. Did not know this was in a bad neighborhood.

The separate living room area was good.

There was no tv in the living room area, the location did not feel safe to me. There were no towel racks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The bed was very high and a little difficult to climb into. The fan for the air conditioner was very loud.

Its located in a crack head infested area where the police are constantly chasing them in the area...poor location unsafe area for a good hotel

Breakfast is nicer than expected and the rooms larger than you'd expect. Especially if you get a two room suite.

Customer Service was AWFUL! IT'S SO NOISY and located where you'd find the worst of the worst in Boston society. You cannot help feel uneasy when leaving at night.

Location was horrible. There are many drug addicts and homeless people within walking distance. You can see a crowd of them against a fence right when you get off the highway. We were asked for money. The main parking lots are across the street.

This hotel is amazin! It is so hard to find parking in the city, and thankfully they have free parking! Shuttle to the airport. They also have security guards 24:7. Amazing WiFi. 3rd night staying and would love to come back.

The rooms were very clean and pretty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The noise outside did not allow me to get a good nights sleep. Very noisy corner with all the loud homeless people hanging out in front of the building across the street.

The room and cleanliness are excellent. Great breakfast.

The location is terrible. The hotel is sourranded by homeless and drug addicted people wandering around. The first impression is of an unsafe place. We had no problem but the first impact was not to leave the hotel.

The neighborhood is dangerous, next to a prison and many drug rehab facilities, it is teeming with unseemly characters skulking about at all hours, dealing drugs and injecting heroin. There is no closed parking lot to the hotel to hide from the horrible

The hotel is very nice. Clean and large rooms. Shuttle service mitigates issues with location.

As others mention when reviewing this hotel, it is in a very bad location. There are drug addicts and others hanging around right next to the hotel. The hotel is round and made me think of a castle protecting against unsavory people.

The inside of the hotel was very nice. The staff were great and very accommodating.

The location was bad. Not sure what was going on across the street but it appeared to be a hang out for drug users. Police would come multiple times a day to break things up only to have the users come back. Wasn't comfortable walking around at all.

Thwe hotel was well kept and had very nice rooms.

The neighborhood is not great, the air conditioning wasn't working, there was no breakfast, & the staff basically shrugged it all off when we brought it up. No warning when we checked in, no communication while we were there, & definitely no apologies.

AC was out in the room and it was 80 degrees the the whole time in the room. There was also alot of sketchy homeless people around the hotel. Some sleeping on the curb outside.

Maintenance workers fixed AC. Nice size room.

The receptionists were polite but not knowledgeable about the area lacked communication skills and were not helpful in assisting newcomers to this area. Could have had robot checkin. Sadly.
