There was hair in the sink and bathtub upon arrival. Room smelled terribly and air conditioner would not consistently run.

Helpful and friendly staff

Our room was filthy. There was actual feces smeared around the base of the toilet as well as in the toilet. There was some sort of filth along the edge of the tub and the shower curtain had mold growing on it. There was empty beer cans and candy wrappers

They recunded our money.

Yea the mold on the curtains, mold in the AC unit.

TV did not work staff already knew this and never told me at check-in

Staff was very nice and did the best they could with what they had

Rough shape, walls were repaired, but not professionally, with lots of extra caulking etc not cleaned up, sofa was in bad shape. Priced way too high

The location was perfect for what we needed, and the room had an ideal number of beds for us.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was mold in the ice machine; this concern was blown off by the staff. The hot tub was filthy, to the point where we could not use it. Some of the staff were friendly, but the rest were unprofessional and rude.

Pool and hot tub smelled weird. A little run down / unclean overall. Most housekeeping and utility doors left open.

Room clean. Beds comfortable. Good location. Pool and hot tub large but we didn¿t use to know anything else. Nice breakfast.

Needs updating. Bathtub completely cracked - held together with flex seal tape. Ceiling repairs poorly done. It was clean for what they had to work with.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really good with lots of choices. The bed was comfortable.

The room had old pop stains on the headboard. The bathroom had tape on the bathtub floor covering a hole and the white tape was black where things had gotten stuck to the adhesive. I did not take a shower. The elevator was super dirty.

Neighbors came into their room loudly. Dont know why I was able to hear their conversations. The connecting door? Or thin walls? But it was annoying

Breakfast was very tasty both mornings.

Other than sink, there was no spicket to get filtered water.

Bacon for breakfast. Hot tub. Hotel was not busy.

1st room air conditioning wasn't working. 2nd room didn't have a full set of sheets on the bed.

Easy in, and out, of traffic. Close to interstate entrance.

Have stayed here before, and will use again.

Pool was too cold for kids to use. No bunk beds like showed in reservation
