Cons -
- We stayed 2 nights. We did not have our room cleaned. We saw her at the end of our floor when we came up to our room and assumed she would ck us when she left. She did not and we saw her leave down the stairs with her equipment. Our curtain was open.
- Staff was misleading about happy hour at bar. No complementary breakfast so we ate at McDonalds vs a $25 buffet and ate other meals elsewhere
- Lack of hot water

There were so many things for families to do. The outdoor area had many yard games and the pool area was very nice. It had a resort feel to it.
The one young man that checked us out should not be in contact with the guests, he was very rude.
