Location and cost
Bed was good.
Location - Hot Springs National Park was just across the street. The Arlington Hotel (site of a film festival I was attending) was about 5 minutes away and bathhouse row was just beyond that. The room had everything we needed and was clean and well kept.

Cons -

Stairs to second floor room were ridiculously steep; ice access was subpar; no machine just bags of ice you had to break up with their hammer and then fill your bucket; room lay out was odd;
No breakfast. There were chairs and tables with ashtrays right outside every room. No one was smoking at them when we stayed, but it could have been a problem if someone was smoking outside a nearby room.
