- The staff is always courteous and accommodating. I stay here pretty often when visiting Hot Springs. The lake view rooms with balcony are NICE!

- One of my guests (I had 5 rooms) said the couch had small trash in it but that was only complaint
- Their system had issues and tried to charge me twice. Our key cards were deactivated when we came back to our room. The man at the service desk told me he would fix it at no extra charge when it was their mess up to begin with.
