Pros +
- The hotel had a professional and understanding staff considering I needed a refund for three out of the four nights I booked. It was clean and the room was comfortable.
- very clean; everything works well, has a fridge, friendly staff; has parking, it's close to the nice area in Playa del Carmen.
- Staff are helpful.
Cons -
- IT IS NEXT TO A NIGHTCLUB¿it was ridiculously noisy. I was offered no recourse other than to check out early, even though there were ample rooms facing the interior courtyard.
- No negative feedback.
- Extremely noisy at late night; some bar nearby made ridiculous noise until 3am!!! Impossible to sleep at all. The room is newly decorated and smells.

Staff are helpful.

The facilities were clean and the room was as described.
The room A/C was not working properly. The hot tub was not working as either.
