- The hotel felt like a 3 star versus a 5. Things are not well kept and staff is not friendly or engaging.
- The hostess at several restaurants were very rude and didn?t try to accommodate the guests
- I was disappointed that when I checked in that they could not offer a king sized bed the first night. I was also very frustrated that the hotel took until the last day to acknowledge the diving excursion included in my reservation.
