The location
The jacuzzi tub in our rooms was heavenly and the rooms were huge. The shampoo and lotions were awesome smelling.They had such a cute library areas and the pool area was great relaxing vibe.
Location. It is very close to the beach and they even have a discount to rent beds and shade at Mamita's beach. Close to 5th Av.Recommend if on a low budget but want to get close experience to Playa's downtown & nighlife

Cons -

More cleaning
The beds were super hard even though a great size. The floors were quite dirty so we wore our flip flops all the time. The fridge in our room didn't work but they fixed it as soon as we told them. No microwave in the room but plenty of space for one.
We interact with two different ladies at front desk. At our arrival they were very friendly and they took care of our luggage without a problem. Other lady was a bit pushy.

The pool was nice especially at night time.

Everyday of the stay I had to ask for clean towels, the man at the front desk seemed to do nothing but sit in the chair on his phone. When I would ask for towels or anything he said I had to wait until 9pm when someone else was available to do it.
