- Bartender was the best at making and mixing drinks
- The all inclusive breakfast was a nice feature the dinner buffet was changing daily they had two different options of fine dining which was very nice staff was remarkably friendly and kind and polite and helpful
- Location to 5th (quinta) ave. Walking distance. Quiet. Clean. Safe. A/C in the room nice.
Cons -
- The restaurants and buffet left alot to be desired
- I had a king size bed hard as a rock I don't know about any other beds but my bed was very very uncomfortably hard and requested a different bed and never got one
- False advertisement: not queen beds, more like full or double. Hard mattress. Thought I was getting all inclusive, only got breakfast. Bait and switch. Pool too hot.There was garbage left by the elevator for 3 days before being cleaned.

Location was great.
