Not a single drop of hot water in Room 38. Staff refused to give a partial refund for that. Front desk staff said cold showers were good for the body, implying I should take one.

The location of Hotel Santa Fe was good. It was not far off the highway. The exterior of the hotel was well maintained. The room was clean except the shower floor was disgusting and had a ¿high water¿ scum ring and the floor was discolored from dirt.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, she already new my name. Quick check in, gave us simple instructions, and suggested places where we could eat since it was late at night.

Location is spectacular. Mountains/ Gulf/ Islands.
The grounds are gorgeous, location is very remote, and it takes 30 minutes to get into the town of Loreto. If you intend to simply stay at the resort, it's a nice place. But you'd have to be an alcoholic to use up the $105 daily food and drink package.

Hotel is at best a$-- night hotel. The rooms and Breakfast was nothing even close to the photos. Posada las Floras across from them was $20 more and a class above
Excellent location on the central plaza. Easy walk to the malecon and to the restaurants in the area. Very clean and comfortable.
Staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful and the location worked perfectly for us. The price was excellent, too!
