- Perfect location, free storage for ski equipment.

- bad value for money
Cons -
- The dinner buffet is horrible, the food is too salty, over cooked and cold (in winter!), impossible to eat. The room was way too hot, we had to turn off the heat completely.
- There’s no value for money, and definitely this is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast had literally no options for vegans and barely one for celiacs, plus the coffee was from a self-service machine, milk was cold and you had to heat it yourself it a microwave! The cafeteria had no options other than chips and even though technically they said there would be hot chocolate in the evening but they ran out of it. It’s definitely not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel cafeteria. We paid 300usd for one night, makes absolutely no sense!

close to the ski area
We were very disappointed with the hotel. Everything is outdated, the rooms are uncomfortable, and there’s nowhere to dry our clothes. There’s no kettle or anything for tea or coffee, even though it’s a ski resort where you’d expect to dry your gear and enjoy a warm drink after skiing. The spa is an extra charge and limited to just 40 minutes. The restaurant food was terrible, like a cheap cafeteria—we couldn’t even eat it because of the awful smell! And the ski lockers—an absolute nightmare! The reception staff was rude. A disgrace! Shameful for the price they charge!
The location is very good to sky.
This hotel does not live up to its 4 stars at all. Everything is old and shabby. The staff always seems unhappy that they are being addressed. There are two modes at the reception: either a terrible queue, or no one is there. The breakfast is very poor. No vegetables are offered. The ski lockers are old, rusty, dirty. For 6 people we were offered two lockers, where boots barely fit. If there was no car nearby, we would have carried our skis to the room.
Fantastic location very close to the lifts. Good breakfast with chef preparing omelets and fried eggs. A nice relaxing sitting area with bar service for quiet after ski.
A bit sterile, no 4 star feeling.
Proximity to ski lifts and ski schools Clean and well presented roomsSki storage area set up was good
The apartment did not have a seating area to gather as a group. The restaurant and bar had no atmosphere and felt like a hall, not a comfortable room place to spend time.
Location is great
They don’t have basic things in room like sleepers and bathrobes. Even if you ask reception they won’t have it
The rooms are spacious. The spa is beautiful. The masseuse is very good.
Not enough staff, so even though they try the service is bad. The spa was not available for hotel guests and costs €25 per person per day extra!!! We are 3 so this is €75 per day!
We had a bigger than expected family duplex room overlooking the mountains. It felt like having our own independent apartment with two bathrooms and three rooms. Super comfortable beds, stylish and amazing views. Every window looked like a painting. Lounge areas are very immersive with the environment.
The receptionists we talked to were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast food was good quality, but we were not informed we could order freshly cooked eggs or omelettes until we had finished. The room has a nice terrace, it would have been great to be able to sit outside, no outside table nor chairs.
Its a very well located hotel with everything you would expect. Nothing to fancy, nothing is bad either. I go there every year and for our needs is just perfect.
The pillows.
The location is great for skiing. The staff are nice
The food wasn't that good
The location right at the slope is amazing, you can go rent skis in your pijama ;)The director was also super nice and even came to pick my up at the train station when the renfe bus stopped operating!Complimentary water in the mini bar saved my evening ;)
There is just one tiny thing: the hotel was quite overheated. I undertsand that for winter time, the hotel should be warm, but it felt way too hot in the lobby and cafe. The rooms were ok, temperature wise.
Location was great!
I’ve never stayed at a resort that makes it guests pay to use the hot tub - especially in a ski resort. We had to pay 25 euros pp to use the hot tub and it was timed! We had 45 minutes only! Very disappointed. Also the rooms only had shampoo - no conditioner - again another thing Ive never experienced. The location is really the only good thing about the resort. We will not be coming back ..
the location is great and close to the hotel
some bad people with bad manners and reckless people who are going to misuse the ski slope
Location, big rooms, people from reception.
Last time I was here I wrote a rather negative review, but this time will not be the case. We were very happy wit the staff. We were arriving with a little kid that was not feeling very well and were allowed to check in a bit earlier.Wifi and breakfast were very good and the staff at the bar and play club were very kind
everything was good really. the last night there was a very big storm and there was a bit of water coming in from the terrace door but nothing much although I hope they will address the issue.
The personnel is friendly, the breakfast was really great, the location is good for taking hikes in the mountains
The hotel seems to be a bit old and worn out, the room wasn't very clean too
Great location, friendly staff, room is quite simple, but in very good condition
Coffee at breakfast is terribleSpa is extra 12€ for 40min which is crazy. Moreover the water in pool and jacuzzi was cold (28-30 degrees) and the sauna was out of order. Disappointed by this part.
Spacious clean room with exceptional views. Balcony was good although like other reviews I think a couple of chairs would have made a difference. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Restaurant had a great selection of reasonably priced food and the service was exceptional. The staff spoke spoke good English which was very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a big range to suit all tastes. Underground parking for our bike was convenient.
