Residence Inn by Marriott Chapel Hill

Good clean gym.

The couch looks very old and breakfast was not available early enough during the week.

Stayed 2 nights for UNC game and visit to the basketball museum. Convenient, quiet location. Courteous and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast - the wraps and salsa were surprisingly good. Hot shower with great water pressure.

Friendly staff and guests. Clean comfortable room.

Not sure how this room could have slept 5 people as was on the specs but luckily we only had 4.

The cleanliness, room was larger than expected, great service, beautiful poolside deck

Nice size room.

Finding the right entrance where our room key worked. Signage needs to be clearer for evening arrivals.

I was actually very impressed.... One of the best residence inns I've been to in a while.. They usually have a lot going on. I took off some points because of an issue they had..

They checked me out before time in their system and it caused a staff member to call me and question me about that...I don't like calls during my stay specially if it's a system issue

Great breakfast and good location!

It had a smoky/moldy smell throughout!

very courteous and helpful staff, clean spacious and comfortable room, many amenities

Modern decor, good size suite, appreciated the lemonade and coffee and fruit in the lobby. Convenient drive to downtown Chapel Hill.

Great breakfast, great room, great location

The pushiness of the cleaning staff on the morning of checkout was annoying, We were disturbed multiple times BEFORE checkout time to see if we were out of the room.

Location. Great staff.

Suit style accommodation

The lawn area could be lcleanef with all leaves from fall

Super clean and amazingly friendly/professional staff

Cleanliness and location

The room had everything to meet the needs of feeling at home.

There was some renovations doing on. So it limited parking.

In room amenities surpassed my expectations infinity

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was warm nderful, better than the camper we travel in sometimes. Nice area to walk our dog. We will be back!

Location staff was friendly

We arrived room wasntbreadyb& when we did get to our room the bathroom door was locked & took hours to get into wasn't even offered a refund

Large room. Nice location

Check out time is 11am, but my key stopped working at 1015. If they want you out earlier they need to change the checkout time. It’s a real pain when you’re trying to pack your car and can’t get back in

Lovely building and grounds. Staff was very pleasant. Always helpful to have a nicely stocked kitchen, and the tv that pivoted from the sleeping area to the sitting area was a nice touch.

Inside, it’s nothing fancy. The room itself was showing its age a bit, and smudges on the walls etc made us wonder about its cleanliness. There was no full length mirror that we could find. While our room overall was nice and quiet, we were startled occasionally by very loud plumbing (?) sounds coming from a neighboring room. While the location of the hotel is technically close to excellent amenities, it is situated on a back access road that was quite tricky to navigate for an out-of-towner. It’s a good value, just don’t expect anything luxurious.
