Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel

It felt like a quality hotel and the pool was wonderful!

I did not agree with having to pay for parking. Room service for breakfast was confusing, we had ordered certain items and did not receive them, when we told staff they did not correct it.

Qiuet atmosphere and very clean

Cleaning staff came round 11 am even though check out time was 12 pm

I didn't get the room I paid for. I paid for a suite and I got a basic room. I'm not happy

We had to pay to park via an app. They shouldn't charge for parking in the first place, but if they must, should add it to the room rather than having to do a QR code, app download, etc.

It was advertised as free parking but that is not the case. We had to pay $13 for parking

Microwave is not available even in the lobby. We were told by Front desk that they can heat the food if we give them. We didn?t like that option

Great proximity to Patterson Place for medical appt. Very clean. Great amenities. Nicely renovated room. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

Staff tried to be helpful.

The room had major electrical problems. The TV and the lamp over the table did not work. The coffee maker had to be moved to the bathroom to be used. There were no bath towels. The floor in the bathroom drained water into the room and not the drain.

ran heat for 24 hours temp dropped 3 degrees, to 65F. had to switch rooms.that temp went up over night from 70F to 75F.

they claimed that it was that side of the building, another guest from was warmer than mine, that's with housekeeping having the balcony door open.

The interior design of the hotel was very clean and modern.

I would suggest not booking through a third party vendor. If there is a problem with booking somehow it will fall on you and not the hotel who allowed the third party. The early evening was short staffed with a manager whom was working from home???

I got in very late and was really hungry. I went to make a microwave meal and noticed I didn¿t have a microwave so I went to the front desk to use one in the lobby and the fellow told me that there is no microwave in the entire hotel. That¿s unacceptable
