Freezing cold. Beds so uncomfortable I got no sleep at all. Lackadaisical staff at desk.

Clean hotel and friendly staff.

There was an issue with the water. It was shut off due to a major leak that was coming from the ceiling in the lobby. The bar was closed my entire due to miss-management of employee scheduling. Shower and sink drain was draining slow.

Very convenient location for visiting campus, and right next to a Fresh Market. Our room was clean.

Our room was on a low floor facing a very busy road. Even with soundproof windows it was still quite loud. The room was fine, but the rest of the hotel was in poor repair (pool was pretty gross, multiple leaks in lobby and hall, elevator barely worked).

Affordable, clean, cool and comfortable. Perfect for a road trip stop!

Location

Lobby wall closed for construction which we were not informed of when booking. Mold in shower, tape on ceiling, dirty shower floor, broken window shades, non functioning refrigerator. Not enough parking, oh and of course, hidden parking fees. The Nerve

The location to UNC Hospitals and the staff were nice.

The bathroom shower was not clean.

Nice on late checkout. Waived $10 parking fee. Helpful and nice.

Could use an indoor business center to work in if needed. I had to work in lobby for an hour.

The $10 overnight parking fee that isn¿t listed sucks. 4pm check in and 11am checkout! Do these people think they¿re the ritz??? They honesty don¿t offer much to offset the PIA policy. Room was dated, shower flooded the floor, dated A/C unit was lame.

Lady at front desk was great

Wrong card was charged. Was put in a room that wasn¿t cleaned and still had bags in it. Didn¿t have towels in my new room, and my room was super loud from the traffic.

Staff was beyond terrible. Hotel was overbooked even though I bought a guaranteed room. My room was given away and I was asked to stay in a different type of room. That room was not clean. Manager was not at work to give me my money back. 5 days no refund

The staff! they were helpful, accommodating , and most importantly friendly and communicated effectively! :)

No free hot breakfast :( but I mean not a lot of hotels do that much anymore post covid however it would be fitting to do so it¿s such a well put establishment. :)

The staff was amazing!!!! The rooms were extremely clean:) the room was very nice snd very comfortable. The fitness center was nice, I had a awesome stay and would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

AWESOME HOTEL

We wanted a nice place to stay for an anniversary trip. The gentleman that checked us in gave us complimentary parking for our anniversary and made sure we were happy with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and modern. No pet fee!
