The room layout was nice, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was not 100% clean. There was blood on the curtain and the furniture did not feel clean. The bathroom was cleaned very well.

The hotel was clean, the location was convenient and the staff were amazing.

Hotel was under-staffed. As a result, room service was non-existent when needed - we had to come down to reception to get fresh towels. Complimentary breakfast items would run out 15-20 minutes before end time, there were no fruits.

Seemed a little warm in our room for the setting we had it on. We bumped it down and seemed like it improved. That unit may want to be checked.

Room needed a refresh in carpet, furnishings. Remote would not turn TV on. Ice machine, despite being down the hall 60 feet, was LOUD. Insulation please! Limited selection in the snack closet, and hardly anything healthy. How about choice of nuts?

1. No Wi-Fi 2. Staff carefree 3. Housekeeping staff barrage into room without knocking or identifying themselves. 4. Booked a king room but I was put in double.

Walking distance to son's house. Breakfast and cookies.

High tech, super modern and up-to-date. Friendly staff and very clean. The staff who cooked the complimentary breakfast was excellent, friendly and the breakfast/food was outstanding (beyond tasty - please don't get rid of your cooking staff)!!!!!!!!

The staff here is wonderful . The hotel is clean and well kept. Rooms are clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We went to celebrate my wife birthday and we came back after midnight, we found out our dog was non stoppinging barking and the Manager enter our room and gave try to confort her with crackers and water

Our room was close to the laundry/cleaning supply rooms where the staff was working throughout the days and evenings. We could hear a constant chatter of voices talking and of the cleaning processes. The walls were just too thin for that part of the hotel

The pool is out of order for the entire summer but they give you passes to their sister hotels

The room door had large gaps between the door and the door jam. This let light and noise thru and made me feel the door wasn¿t secure even thought the door was locked.

The fact that the water main broke in the building and being told it would be fixed in an hour. We didn¿t have water when we woke at 9 am and we still had no water at noon checkout - so we were unable to wash or bathe before our family event at 2 pm

It was clean and had decent amenities including a free breakfast. it was easy to get to and reasonably close to the medical center.

The bed was the worst I have ever slept in. Usually hotel beds are too soft - I like a harder mattress. This one was hard as a rock, and had a high hump in the center and then sloped down on either side. Very uncomfortable.
