Staff was great. Great breakfast. Gives free parking if you are there for the hospital.

They had to move us from first room. AC wasn’t working. Fresh blood on pillow on one. Otherwise clean rooms.

The main lobby was updated

Room was dingy and not very clean?furniture was dirty and residue on everything. The room was very dated, had an odor, and the A/C was very loud. The lobby and hallways are also very hot as if they are having issues with the temperature control.

It was near everything I needed to be (the Friday center, a shopping area, etc.). Also, the room was very spacious, and the lounge was really convenient. I had some trouble getting there and arrived late, and the staff was very accommodating.

The bathroom sort of smelled bad at various times (like sewage).

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, beds and room. pleasant Staff, quiet hallways, good parking, very nice overall we will stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fire and having a glass of wine. I would definitely stay with Marriot again.

The bathroom fan didnt work, so the room remained steamy for a long time. Also the bath tub faucet leaked hot water.

Weekend party goers. Teenagers tried to break into our room at night . Almost called the police.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was convenient and well lighted.

They were in the midst of renovation, and our room had updated decor. It felt very clean, and I appreciate the Paul Mitchell products in the shower. Though we had to pay for breakfast, it was delicious. The staff were all very friendly.

Because they were in the midst of renovation, many of the amenities were unavailable, including the pool.

The carpet was clean

When I got there it was tons of contrition going on. They didn't have my reservation so the staff left me outside for 20 minutes in the cold b4 they let me in to make one at 3 in the morning.

Staff was orderly and respectful.... there was a problem with the T.V. and so they upgraded me to a suite at no additional charge... Courtyard was very professional and accommodating.

Staff was super friendly! Quick Uber ride to downtown.

Although it was close to Chapel Hill, there wasn't really anything within walking distance.

This was a great experience. The room and staff were great. This was a family Christmas present for my children and grandchildren to be able to go to a UNC basketball game. The location was perfect! Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel.

this hotel lived up to or expectations in every way. Bed was very comfortable, staff very pleasant. We attended a wedding in Chapel Hill and everything was fine.

They put my first name in their system as my last name so they told me I did not have a room. Your staff could not speak clear English or understand it. I was on the phone over an hour getting it worked out. You staff was very rude.

Very high priced for not much.
