Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Location - new facility.

I got overcharged for internet for which i did not use. I tried to explain to the receptionist but she left me waiting for 5 minutes while she was doing something else.

Modern look!

Mold smell in bathroom,sink was clogged, parking is inconvenient-you need a shuttle/golf cart to get to and from, arcade and bowling opens at 3pm (kids have no entertainment until late in the day), only two devices allowed on wifi without getting charged.

The excellent price and cleanliness.

The tv screen was a good size for watching the Super Bowl.

The room next to us was smoking weed and the smell was coming into our room.

Convince of having a room at the casino. Nathan's Restaurant was phenomenal. Lot's of security.

Some of the restrooms were not very clean in the casino.

Location, absolutely wonderful staff, (I mean ALL employees) comfortable beds.

Couldn't park on the upper level or check in at that level for hotel. Parking was a nightmare

The employees for the most part were very friendly. Location was very good.

The elevator and rooms needed a deeper cleaning. The common areas were kind of dark, it felt more as a place for gambling than a resort, unlike the better Vegas resorts.

No breakfast, no shops. Enjoyed playing games.

No shops or restaurants.

Loved our room in the Valley Tower. I like that the property was non smoking. Friendly & helpful staff.

Wish there was another restaurant choice. Not a fan of 'food court'. Waited 20+ minutes to be seated at the Sports bar & that was on a slow night!! Pizza was greasy & soggy.

Walk in shower, comfortable king bed, big tv and valet parking. Like having a fridge and coffee maker. The staff and housekeeping are friendly, helpful and accommodating

No cleaning of the rooms. Having to call housekeeping for fresh towels and coffee. Finding parking can be tough.

The room was very clean, up to date and comfortable.

The food was a bit pricey. We went to the Gordon Ramsey kitchen for dessert. Our server was very good and attentive her name was Holly. Though the person doing the seating initially told us 15 minutes which then turned into an hour.

I loved the fact that this hotel and casino is smoke free.! Had numerous slots. Our bed was comfortable. Had no issues getting what I needed. Staff was mostly very professional and accommodating I loved our meal at Ramseys.!. Loved our sandwich at Earl of Sandwich!

Did not offer a veteran discount-was told later that you have to apply for one online. Slot machines hardly paid off-very tight!

Very good location and the Staff was great and the room was very clean and big also for a regular room!

Very CLEAN awesome Casino and so many things to do it had restaurants and a food court a ARCADE a BOWLING ALLEY something for everyone.

Everything from Valet parking to choice of eating venues were very convenient!

I thought the wine prices at the bar were high.

We liked everything, the food,all the different choices of places to eat, the cleanliness and how friendly all the staff were.

The room was very clean! And the slots played .
