Clean, fresh rooms and linens. The beds are so comfy! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast was luke warm. Shower was awful, you had to wait almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm.

Very clean room/bathroom, and super comfortable bed.

75.00 charge for my dog is much higher than at other hotels in this star level.

The hotel staff that helped us during our check in went way above and beyond helping us sort things out because we reserved it on a wrong date and he fixed it with his manager and checked us in right away, a little earlier, than what it was supposed to be

The hotel and staff especially was overall an excellent experience for my me and my family.

The staff was awesome! The front desk were so nice . One night the helped look for movies and even called her General Manager to see if he could help us. Hotel employee was so nice and so helpful. Hotel employee made our mornings at breakfast! Great, personable !

Apparently I’m a gold member so I got a little gift bag upon arrival. That was kind. It has a couple waters, which are always nice when staying in a hotel and you forgot to bring water.

A little expensive and had some unexpected fees tacked on the bill.. maybe it’s normal but it still sucks and hotels should be more upfront about fees. It should be included in their pricing

Comfortable and clean with plenty of room. The lobby is nice for breakfast and I had two friends visit in the evenings, we sat in the lobby to visit. Breakfast options were great!

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were eggs and potatoes but some biscuits and gravy would have been better. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Chicken sausage at breakfast was awful!

Hotel was great. Booking.com sucks! Lost our reservation. Can’t contact them. You need to stop using them to book rooms for you!!!!!
