Bed and pillows were nice. The young guy that checked us in was great!

We had 4 people staying, we had 2 towels, 3 pillows and 1 blanket. We called the front desk three times (every 30 minutes), for towels, another blanket and a pillow but we never received any of them. We even offered to come pick them up but they weren't ready.We went to the pool area where it was filthy. Dirty, wet towels laying on the ground everywhere old food and dishes left on tables. There were no towels so we asked the front desk and were told it would be 30 minutes. We went back 45 minutes later and could literally see the folded towels on a table behind the clerk but she would not give us one? We paid over $250 for this room and we would have done better down the road at the $85 a night Super 8. Awful experience for the entire family.

The main desk person, Ryan, was very amicable and helpful.

The morning person, Kennedy, was not as friendly and short with her answers. No conversation. The bathroom vent has a lot of dust and lint. There was a big lint. The fridge wasn't cold enough and no temperature setting to increase or decrease.

Great motel, staff pleasant when we arrived. Clean comfortable beds!

Great motel, staff pleasant but stayed 2 nights for NASCAR race got a call after the first day saying we had to check out. Told them as we were told when we arrived she confirmed 2 day stay they said to stop at the front desk we did showed proof of the confirmation of 2 days. The guy fixed it when checking out they wanted to charge us again for 2 nights. No way we had to show our confirmation again and they seemed confused. But finally agreed to not charge us for 2 more nights. Very frustrating when we were trying to enjoy ourselves.
