Hotel had a number of sports teams staying. I have never seen behavior like that, anywhere.

Comfortable. Excellent and reasonable breakfast buffet was available.

Not enough handicapped parking spots near the main entrance. One handicap and three reserved for Starbucks customers is unacceptable when all other handicap spots are on rear of building and a long distance from hotel check in desk.

It was quiet and the AC worked very well. I also liked the price.

I booked a room with 2 beds and they tried to give me a room with one bed. After showing my confirmation with 2 beds they gave me a room with 2 beds but the guy was not very nice about it.

Paying for parking. I was charged for a night I wasn't there after I checked out so the charge did not show up on the receipt I was given.

Starbucks in lobby. Staff was very welcoming. Clean room and amenities.

A/C vent rattled when turned on.

Hotel had a very good location close to the highway, restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean and grounds were well kept.

The elevators were not all working and it was hard to get in as the hotel was very busy. The room only had two bath towels for the two of us, it would be nice to have more instead of calling for room service.

I didn't like the fact that I had to listen to a dog bark in the room right next to me for several hours before it stopped. I paid way too much money for one night to lose sleep over something that had nothing to do with me.

Loved having two king beds and the bar area was a really nice. However, I had to have housekeeping come in and vacuum both nights- floors were really dirty. The first night I had to have them change the pillow cases and 1 top sheet.

Great modern vibes, very pretty hotel. Dog friendly without a pet fee!! Very awesome for that!

I had to clean the shower myself due to the hairs in there.

No microwave in room

The sound proofing in this hotel was terrible. Our neighbors sounded like they were in the same room as us. And the maid came into our room and woke us up despite it being only 9:30 am with check out being at noon.

Not worth the price. Was put in a wheelchair accessible room and told nothing else was available. Everything was too short and many items were not stocked as they should have been. Front desk rude. Large sports group running through halls.

The room was remodeled and modern.

If we wanted breakfast we would have had to BUY it at the Starbucks on site. Many other Hotels include breakfast in the price. There was only ONE cup of coffee in the room! Until extensive remodeling is complete, price should be lower.
