The room was adequate.

The grounds had lots of trash and unpicked up dog poop. What they call a breakfast is ridiculous.

Simple, clean, comfortable.

It had an odd smell. Not overwhelming, but definitely there in the background.

Price

Water was shut off from 9AM to 3PM. No tissues, cups, or glasses in room.

Place and location

Was told that water would be shut off from 9 AM-2 PM on our stay which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience Not sure why this was not advertised while booking the motel

Breakfast was minimal.

Not much. But it was fairly close to where I needed.

Ac wasn¿t working, place was under construction and was a mess, I¿m having to dispute a charge that the hotel mid charged me for. Worst experience of any hotel I¿ve ever been to.

It was very conveniently located, and the staff were all very friendly.

Our room was clean, but had some obvious damage. The leather couch had damage, and there were pen marks on the back of the bathroom door. The pull-out couch was also very uncomfortable.

Hotel was under construction and it had a mildew smell. Bathroom was not the cleanest and the room smelled musty. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Location

There was construction, that I wasn¿t warned about. As an Extended Stay property, dishes, etc are not automatically provided. There are a few basics that you can get from the front desk, most of the items aren¿t available. A $100 deposit is required.

Great location and they usually have friendly staff.

The room was over booked & this was the 2nd time! Their staff was rude and hateful on both interactions; two different individuals! The lack of professionalism maybe the primary reason the availability is never updated...

There was a roach in the bathroom also they held a 100$ deposit that they have not yet released and caused me to have insufficient funds for a bill payment ¿¿

Had to walk through smokers by front door where the tall ashtray was placed and, cigarette butts everywhere outside. Our room was on 2nd Floor above lobby and the staff talked so LOUD you could hear them in our room at all hours.

Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean. It was just me as a solo male for one night, and it had the necessities.

Room was small but had everything I needed.

They had roaches it smelled like cigarettes the pull out bed was disgusting overall the worst place I ever stayed for sure.

The lady that helped my son check in was fabulous. She was very patient with me to help me set up my $100 deposit for him to stay. She was extraordinary.

Change room when air conditioning leaking the carpet was soaked some area

Internet bad couldn¿t streaming movies no input to switch to streaming movies

They have roaches in the rooms¿.. Toenails were on the side of the bed¿ Dingy towels old!¿ stained, not useable
