Rooms are modern and updated.

Room walls and door are incredibly thin, can hear everything in the hallways. The only elevator is very small, very slow and very old. Lobby area is very loud, lots of drunk people.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very busy the day we were there and went above and beyond to get stuff for my annoying kids

Listed it had a spa and it didn't have one. Arrived at 8pm and the lights were off and the front desk person didn't know how to turn them on.

The beds were comfortable

Ants in our bathroom toilet kept running constantly and then would randomly not flush breakfast was cold and so dry. Pool awful freezing cold and a weird green color to the water and staff responded very shortly and rude.

I paid for this hotel for the pool called to make sure the pool was open and they said yes it was not open at all doing my stay and that¿s the reason I booked it for the pool I cloud have went to another hotel.

They have good breakfast and good time for it on weekends

I reserved a two beds with sofa, but they had only one bed with sofa room. The hotel charged my credit card twice, That impacted my budget spending

All staff very friendly, helpful. Everywhere was very clean. During the day there was always someone washing the main floors. Breakfast was great, sausage links should be cooked crispier and less greasy eggs and potatoes. We would stay again .

There were 4 of us in the room. They would not give us more than two extra towels which we had to ask for and they would not give us any extra bedding for the fold out. There was no clock..

The room was clean, we were on the top floor and didn¿t hear anyone else around us. We had a great time!

Well located, newly remodeled, and extremely clean. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic!!

Love the location and the outside patio are to relax at night.

Disappointed that the last 2 stays the pool was closed. Also they have a washer and dryer that require quarters to operate & have no way of getting chevge ( bar or front desk) they are a cashless facility. Had to go to a gas station at midnight.

Location was very convenient to dining and shopping. Lot of space in the room and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The only thing I didn¿t like was the room I got didn¿t have a closet.

Everything was very nice. We went to breakfast and met a Chiefs player that play football with dalson and he showed us his championship ring and etc. it was a great stay.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. All staff I came in contact with were wonderful.

The hot breakfast

The door to go outside my hotel room was broke and I could hear it being slammed my whole stay and it was irritating. My neighbors were super loud so the walls a super thin. And housekeeping never came to my room.

Comfy beds. Clean room. Great breakfast. Nice shower with great water pressure.

Wanted a $40 incidental charge for a hotel that doesn¿t offer anything to purchase anyway! They still hadn¿t returned my $40 from my last stay! Other guests were EXTREMELY loud and banging on walls all night. I didn¿t get any sleep.

The bed is incredibly comfortable and it¿s nice and clean. Breakfast was very good.

The climate control was TERRIBLE. You either had the heat on full blast with no way to adjust it, or you had to shut it off and freeze. They insisted on a $40 incidental charge to my card, even though there¿s nothing to buy and I never got it back.

Not enough staff; breakfast was empty at 845am, no coffee either. Elevator was broken but that was advised when we checked in. Lobby restroom had no paper towels. Just seemed like they needed more staff to be able to keep up with things.
