Close to major highway. Walking distance to several resturants. We enjoyed slim chicken. Small convince store for snacks and frozen foods. Our room was spacious, had a full size ref, 2burner stove top, microwave. Ac worked well. Happy with our 1 night.

The location was a plus because it was near my family and the Children's mercy hospital in overland park.

Good staff and very helpful but I am disgusted to find the infestation of roaches.

Room had musty/moldy smell, hallways were unkept, found dead bugs in bathtub to name a few.. Coffee was terrible!!! At least provide good coffee¿ Will NEVER go back!

Yes paid a deposit on my card through the hotel and did not get it refunded to my card. Asked the hotel staff and they said it was a 3 day hold but still wasn¿t returned.

Our room totally reeked of cleaning solution. It was clean, but the smell of pine sol or some other cleaning fluid was horribly overpowering. Otherwise, everything else was fine. But that overwhelming smell kind of ruined it for us. It was awful.

It was in a nice area and close to a lot of restaurants and amenities. Hotel was quite and clean which was a big plus.

The TV service was not working for 95% of the stay which was disappointing.

The front desk allowed me an early checkin even though they were extremely busy. She was very attentive and helpful. Also the room was nice and very clean.

The kitchenette

The lack of daily cleaning of the room. The excuse of ¿this is an extended stay hotel¿ is not valid.

The beds were comfortable

The stove did not work in my room. There weren¿t enough bath towels. No extra pillows or blankets provided.

The hotel was in a great location.

Zero hot water in the bathrrom sink. Picture fall of of our wall at 6:30 in the morning. Lamp had no light bulbs, no one to bring up towels, stayed 2 nights, wanted fresh towels, took our old ones down, given new ones. No one to bring luggage carts down

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

I had requested a hotel with free breakfast. There was no breakfast offered at all. The internet did not work for me. Both of these elements were part of my parameters for choosing a hotel. Also, I did not realize there would be a pet fee.

I loved the attached mirror on the bathroom, great for applying makeup! It was quiet. I also loved having a computer and printer available. I had prepared a eulogy for my niece¿s funeral. I needed to type and print it. Thanks!!
