Breakfast was really nice

The room was cold heat not working and that wasn't so bad because I was warm under the covers but there was no hot water and I really wanted a shower but with the room being cold it was not practical. Never would have stayed here knowing this.

Exceptional customer service!! Fantastic room, very clean and bed was luxurious! Love that they offer a complimentary olive, cheese, and cracker bar for happy hour.

Clean, great location, great breakfast with a chef that prepares your meal right in front of you. The espresso machine is Amazing, I drank so many Mocha lattes.

Great choices for breakfast. Room was spacious. Large sized wall mounted TV provided. Location was great.

Heard other guests through the walls but not too loud.

The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, there were a lot of hairs around that weren¿t mine. And the bed would¿ve been really comfortable but the pillows were so flat!

I was most impressed with the design of the room and the amenities it offered. The staff was friendly and informative during check in and check out and the pancakes were the best I¿ve had in years!

Nothing that wasn¿t immediately taken care of and rectified. Very quiet- only issue I had was water pressure in shower at 9:00 AM when I¿m sure there was heavy strain on the system.

The staff and the breakfast crew are very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming.

Not really the hotels fault, but terrible view out the window of a vacant lot.

The area was very quiet and away from traffic, the beds were very comfortable. The room was extremely clean and contained everything needed for our brief stay.

The walls seemed thin as we could hear the other guests as if they were in the sane room, the breakfast options were lacking, way to many carbs and very limited options for protein.

Check in was great! The guy was super nice! A younger guy with long brown hair! Just a gem of kindness! Informed us of everything we wanted to know. Then I had the BEST night of sleep! I have been tracking my sleep for a year and a half on my apple watch and this bed BROKE RECORDS for my sleep! 10 hours and 14 min with 3 hours REM sleep! Beauty Rest Mattress is what it was I just had to look! I slept like a baby! Everything was so clean and very nice! In the morning the staff was nothing short of amazing! Shirley helped me at the coffee maker where I made an absolute mess with coffee going all over counter and floor! I felt so terrible! She was like a mother she was so kind! The man making breakfast was great! The breakfast was really good! I'm telling you folks, if in doubt, STAY HERE!

I seriously can't think of anything. They met customer expecations 100% for us. 10 out of 10 in my book!

Beautiful hotel. Nice clean rooms that smelled so nice. The made to order breakfast, juices and muffins were excellent. Such a nice touch. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I requested a room close to the elevators as my wife has mobility issues, and they accommodated our request. This hotel is right next to Fishbone Grill. The food was excellent!

It was great! Nice and friendly staff. Clean facilities. The breakfast was not the best but there was breakfast. The location was ok, kind of away from most stuff but it was quiet!

I think when most people expect breakfast at a hotel, they expect some eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits, and gravy not just a bunch of muffins and bread. They did have made the order pancakes Saturday morning, but the person that they had making them couldn’t listen or understand because she kept messing up everybody’s simple orders of either bananas or strawberries or both on the pancakes!

The hotel was great. It was perfectly located where we needed it to be and in an area we were comfortable with. It was easily accessible and great for my family of 4, which includes a 3 year old and a 1 year old.

The biggest downfall is only one parking lot.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. I liked the kitchenette. Very spacious and modern bathroom. Location is out of city and you will need a car to get around. Breakfast available, but a bit on a skimpy side, lacked protein, super carb heavy.
