- We could not get channels on tv to work, desk clerk came to help. She did and we showed her how the TV was too large for the chest of drawers it was sitting on. After she left it fell over & broke. Not our fault! We had no tv for our stay.
- Toilet hardly flushed... needs update very dreary...smells awful!
- Staff was rude at check in. Inconsistency with pet fees, laundry room dirty, elevator broken entire stay
