Comfort Suites Flowood - Jackson Airport (must meet transportation requirement)

Location

The housekeeping staff was great ,but they were not allowed to clean your room ,or exchange towels or linen whiteout prior approval. The desk staff didn't listen ,or convey our requests.the pool was filthy.

Have stayed at this hotel in Flowood, MS numerous times. Can always depend on the cleanliness and the staff being very friendly.

The noise this stay was very bad!!! Got woke up by a loud crying baby both nights of our stay. Second night woke to a woman on a rampage with her? spouse or someone in the room with her she was very loud and long winded! Not fault of hotel though.

Easy access; helpful staff, comfortable room

Nothing they lied about amenities and refused to fix or give refund.

the fact they lied and said they had a hottub and jacuzzi room when I booked and didnt give me it, nor would change it.for.me and I yet got my deposit back after two weeks now still.

Very clean and the hotel was right of a major road but hidden behind tow other hotels so not much traffic and security issues.

The friendly service of the staff.

Not the hotel's fault, but someone had smoked in one of the rooms we stayed in. The staff offered to change the room, but our party didn't want to bother.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was good and well serviced.

Stayed two nights and received no cleaning or servicing of room.

Very well kept grounds and interior of the hotel. Remodeled about 6 years ago, I was told, I was impressed with how well the building was maintained (no stained carpets, no cuts and dents in walls, all electrical and water devices worked).

Laundry room had washer, no dryer, out for at least a month. Get a rental unit or buy one next door at Lowes for temporary use.. Sell it to one of the staff after new unit arrives. Did offer to call hotel next door use facilities. Go the extra mile!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The pool was dirty and had way too much chlorine.

Clean comfortable and priced right

The cleanliness was great. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

I loved the location of the room and how spacious they are

Our mattress had stains which looked like blood, I¿m not really sure but it definitely disgusted me and I won¿t be booking this hotel anymore

What I like best about the hotel was it was in a good location, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean

Very nice room!

None of the outside plugs worked , we were in a fishing tournament and had no place to charge our boat . We talked to staff and they did not know wye they were not working . That will have to be fixed before we can stay there agin in June!

Room was very clean. bed was comfortable. Service was friendly and breakfast was good.

Convenient for dining and shopping. Very clean and staff were friendly.

Everything was to my liking¿s. The bed was super comfortable I sleep well

Theee was a ball of hair behind the trash can in bathroom which reflected no thorough cleaning.

Booked this hotel as it featured Suite style rooms and a great rate. Check in was smooth. Employee was excellent and very friendly. The room was modern and spacious. Breakfast was good too. Will stay here again.

The morning host was excellent¿.very friendly.

I arrived about 7 pm¿..no one was at the check in desk for at least 3 mins¿..no bell to ring or anything¿..I went outside and got my luggage¿.came back in and someone walked up to the counter then.

The friendly staff Clean room

At one point in my stay there was no hot water. Some of the towels looked stained. The last time I stayed last month was not as pleasant. I found a roach in my room and there was no hot water. I only got one hot shower during my 2 night stay.
