It was a very convenient location. I love the small kitchen with the bigger refrigerator.

The carpet in the room was stained.

The stop here is so amazingly friendly. The breakfast team is diligent and breakfast is great every morning.

While the team is terrific, the wallpaper and condition of the room is needing some repair.

Bright and modern decor, comfortable room, very convenient to our family?s home on the Reservoir. Lots of choices for breakfast meant we could always find something we liked.

Some of the breakfast sandwiches were dried out, but they were always happy to bring out new ones.

Clean rooms and great location

Nothing, it was a quick stay coming back from Miss St football game.

Staff is great. Decent coffee. Good location.

There's what appears to be black mold seeping through the wallpaper in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean.

we booked a room with 2 queen beds but didn't get a room with 2 queen beds. we got a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa instead.

The AC Worked

The carpet was wet in the room and we didn't have wifi until it was time to check out. I wasn't able to submit my daughter's audition

I asked desk clerk to set a wake up call for 7am. This did not happen. The disposal wasn¿t working and I was already in my PJ¿s. The coffee maker didn¿t work in the morning. I called and was told that they may not have another one. Service is poor.

The hotel staff was incredible. Friendly and professional. Always helpful. The hotel was kept clean & employees seemed to take pride in their work. We were VERY impressed.

Not a thing

I loved that the room had a kitchenette with a large refrigerator and sink. The room looked nice and modern. The location of the hotel is great with nice stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel offers free breakfast and WiFi.

The bathroom was not clean at all. There were hairs all over the shower floor and walls, hairs underneath the toilet lid. The mirror had tooth paste splatter. I was very disappointed with this. Had the room been clean, I would have rated this hotel a 10.

The room was not clean. The bathroom shower had hair in it. The kitchen floor was dirty. My cellphone had no service in the room. Housekeeping knocks on your door before waking up and before checkout time. The do not disturb sign was on door. Just rude.

The front desk last during the later part of the day was very helpful and went out of her way multiple times in both days of our stay.

Coffee was not as good as other similar hotels.

Bathroom is tiny you hit yourself with the door closing it. Toilet was not working. Room had a bad odor and was very outdated. Carpet was dirty would def not recommend or go stay with them again.

Friendly staff and vibrantly colored spacious rooms.

The air conditioning would not run throughout the night so it would get warm

The room size is amazing.

I love the Hilton family of hotels, I did notice through my travels that Home2 needs to work on guest service. They certainly weren't unpleasant, but could have given more information, smiled, looked happy and eager to help.

I like the location.

Breakfast was frozen food and thawed items. Nothing Fresh.

Comfortable beds. Spacious room.

Room was very large and was comfortable.

Everything. It¿s my favorite place to stay in Flowood.
