TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jackson Airport/Flowood

Cleanliness of the hotel, location, and access to washer /dryer

Very clean hotel

Charged me for smoking in the room. When I in fact don't even smoke. The general manager is rude and was not even willing to listen to me. The entire staff is rude.

The area in which it was located

My room was not unavailable. They advised me your site was not correct for what I booked. The areangements they made did not meet what I needed.

very clean!

Close to everything , right in the middle

Small pool, terrible breakfast

We were in town for the Archery State Competition and so happy we decided to stay here. The staff were exceptionally nice, the breakfast was great, the rooms were great!! Overall, a 10/10 for what we needed.

the space and size was amazing!

the only thing and reason we didn't give a ten was the outside noise, not sure that is even something that can be fixed but sounded like people were racing loud cars right outside out window

The location is perfect for our back to school shopping trips. we also enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great.

partying guests

Convenient location to airport. Very clean. Modern and new.

Bed was very firm.

Clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of everything. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center.

Nothing really. The breakfast could have been a little better, but no big deal.

great location

the sofa bed was dirty I had to clean it before my son could sleep on it . we could hear the other guests next door very loud.

The hotel is around the corner from everything and it’s in the middle of a lot of things so you can walk everywhere. The lobby area is nice and clean and so are the rooms!

There’s nothing to dislike about the property

Nice surroundings. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Cleanliness

The bed was uncomfortable and the TV was in a very awkward place.

Poor

Surprise pet fee of $125 at checkout without ANY notice. Hypoallergenic dog doesn't shed, but still got charged. Highly disappointed.

the location is great. The lobby is very clean and nice and the amenities are good. Check in staff was very nice. the one bedroom suite was awesome.

Each room comes with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink with disposal, and kitchen ware. Very comfortable room. Shawn at the front desk was awesome!!! Loved this place!!

Everything was perfect!!!

Location

Room was $129 per night and pet fee was $125 per night. Room was too small.

Easy check in, very clean room, comfortable bed, above expectation complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are a little small compared to American standards, very adequate though, it did not bother us at all.

facility was clean and staff was courteous
