Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, hard, stiff sheets. NO MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM!!! Staff was rude and unhelpful. We had one night left on our stay but we left and went to another hotel. I will never stay at this place again.

They location was perfect for my needs, close to airport and other activities planned for the weekend.

The room needs some work, especially the bathroom. It seems like the room was one of the last, and needs some updating.

Yes. It advertised free breakfast as all Hiltons do--but you had to pay for breakfast--even for a continental breakfast. It was a dirty place and the linens had a bad smell. I will never stay at this hotel again

The room was was not as clean as it should be for the price.

I liked its proximity to River Oaks Hospital and there was a Stackhouse in the parking lot.

They were out of pens but gladly gave me a gel pen from the office desk.

-location (near plenty of food choices and shopping)....even Starbucks -nice lobby -free parking with a nice sized lot to fit our trailer -room and bathroom size

-the room was not clean. We transferred rooms and it was cleaner but I think that they should consider someone double checking as housekeeping cleans. Also the housekeeper should wear hair nets if his/her hair sheds a ton and all over the place

The hotel was very clean, perfect location with Longhorns next door, the staff was very friendly and the best breakfast I’ve had all year in a hotel. I travel over 200 nights a year and wish I had hotels this nice in my 4 State territory to stay in
