Hampton Inn Jackson/Flowood (Airport Area)

at check-in was so hospitable and nice. In fact all the front desk staff were nicel. Even though the renovations are being done to the lobby, it did not take away from our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit MS.

Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Had ice cream in the snack bar. Pool for kids was nice.

TV was a little hard to find a menu.

Front desk manager took ownership of a situation which I appreciated,versus making excuses.

Checked in - ghost land - no one there. Unloaded car,went back in, no one at the desk. Clerk arrived in workout wear- he was the one out smoking. Given a room that was occupied or left dirty. Rtd to front deck - ghost land again- waited 7 min.

The staff at the front counter needs coaching. I stayed three nights. Only one of three hosts seemed to be attentive and personable.

Ease of access and in a Very Safe Area! The staff were friendly and overall was satisfied. Breakfast was great and the coffee was even better. Would stay again!

When I booked the room 4 months prior, they only available room was a hearing impaired handicap room. But I like Hampton Inns, so I was okay with it. I only stayed one night. Only there no I didn¿t like was no earlier check in was allowed.

It was very clean and met our expectations.

The hotel had installed a new check in program.. it caused some issues but staff did work thru it.

Kids enjoyed the pool. Decent hot breakfast even during covid.

"breakfast" consisted of 1 waffle maker for the entire hotel. No juice, water, fruit, anything hot etc. Can't blame Covid, I've stayed in several hotels during the height of Covid and other hotels managed to provide breakfast service. Horrible.

I love staying at the hotel so much. They are excellent and clean. However, Angie who is one of the staff is very unproffessional. She gossips about her coworkers to guests, and gossips about guests to other guests. She asks guests to buy her things.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We needed a handicapped room for my mother and I requested a room on the same floor and the staff actually gave us adjoining rooms. The breakfast selection was also very good.

The only problem we encountered was from the room above and it sounded like someone stomped or was dribbling a basketball until around midnight on our first night at the Hampton.

Proximity to everything

The girl that checked us in was terrible. We had to ask five times between 4 p and 9 p to get a pack n play for the baby. She finally went and got us one. Terrible attitude.

The hotel and pool were clean. The breakfast was great, and the location was fantastic.

The room description was a little misleading. I booked a king size room w/ a sofa bed. The sofa bed was actually a chaise; not sofa with a pull out bed. My toddler slept in it, so I didn't care. But could have been upset if that was for an adult.

I like that it's close to the large shopping plaza and many many eating establishments. (Within walking distance except there's no sidewalks or crosswalks to navigate) The breakfast is great and always fresh. The staff is generally very pleasant.

It's a bit pricey for a 2 1/2 Star.
