Best Western Plus Flowood Inn & Suites

We found bed bugs in the first room. Hotel denied giving us refund. Gave us bottle waters instead.

My mother did tell me once we returned home that she saw a large roach in the bathroom. My room (227) was above the pool. I could hear the children and adults talking and playing through the AC vent.

The hotel stunk. Our room smelled skunky as did the halls. Did not enjoy our stay and was glad when it was time to check out. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was close to several different dining establishments and shopping. The room was clean and spacious. Free parking and breakfast. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Tracy checked me in and was so kind and accommodating.

The lighting in the room could be better. They were painting rooms beside ours. You could smell paint fumes.

I traveled 12 years and stayed in a lot of hotels. This hotel was one of the most pleasant. Facility is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Linen was fresh and clean. Best part was the staff - courteous, friendly, engaging. The manager modeled this.

Clean and A/C Heat worked well. Bathroom and shower was good.

Very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I¿ve ever stayed in. Beds were very comfortable. The lady in the breakfast area was very friendly.

The only problem we had is that the front desk employee put us in a room that already had someone in it. My son went up and opened the door. Thankfully the man in there was very nice and understanding.
