- The location is perfect... The staff was friendly

- Needs major updating.. housekeeping was an issue. Some of the towel staff were unfriendly. No beach seating provided by the Hotel only rentals.
- The hotel needs to be rebuilt, but a total refurbishment at the least. This hotel is a mess. Evident in the lobby and worse the more you see.
- Dirty moldy bath old kitchen parking fees valet took forever
