- Location
- Hotel transferred me to another sister Marriott hotel because the hotel was without power when I arrived to checkin.
- No complaints. Pull-out couch was comfortable, bed was good with clean sheets & pillows, bathroom clean, refrigerator good sized and worked well.
Cons -
- They don?t clean your room daily we had to keep asking for towels and had a lot of trash in our room
- I never received any emails or communication about power outage until I arrived at the hotel. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and professional and made me feel welcome and did a good job with transfer
- Not up to normal Springhill Suite standard . Tv not located near sitting area so you have to watch from bed , unhandy when someone is sleeping . stains on furniture , we had to put a sheet across it to sit on it .Most of Parking lot standing in WATER
