Location and the staff was nice. Breakfast was ok

There is a motion sensor light above the jacuzzi tub. It doesn't stay on for more than 1 minute at a time while in the tub unless you stand up. It also came on every time you moved, so each time I rolled over, it would come on. It was pretty annoying.

Yes. The road noise was insane. The front deak clerk was mot helpful.

My room was good, except for the pillows, they were to soft and the bathroom had sone dirt on the walls and door!

The housekeeping staff was nice.

Clean quiet and staff friendly

The people were so courteous and helpful. The location was central to everything we needed to accomplish. Beds were awesome!

Breakfast. None of the hotels these days seem to have a real understanding of breakfast. It could be that we are not early risers and just missed the good stuff. But I doubt it. ¿¿

The breakfast was more than just muffins and coffee which is great when traveling with kids. The staff were friendly and our room was clean and very nice. Very pleasant trip.

Nothing. Poor customer service.

Arrived at 3pm for check in, room was not ready. Front desk person said "we are full". We waited 30 mins for a room. The room was still not ready. Hotel refused to give any kind of refund. We left and booked another room at a different hotel.

My room and bathroom were not clean, A/C did not work well, road noise was ridiculous- even with a white noise app I could not drown it out. Front desk staff disinterested. I'm not very picky but I would not stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent with a combination of hot and cold food offerings. The dining area was very clean and orderly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. WiFi was very good.

My first night there, the bathroom counter was not clean. It appeared something had been spilled on the counter and not cleaned up.

The room was very dirty. The curtains were off the railings and falling apart. The curtains were filthy. Closet Door was off the track as well had to tell them about it because they try to blame me.. the maintenance guy came to fix them, but still filthy!

The front desk was okay! The lady was descent, didn¿t seem like she liked it there. But she still tried her best to give good customer service. The other guy at the front desk wouldn¿t even answer the phone when we called.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and offered a very nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Location was great, breakfast was good. Renovated room but furniture was old.

Parking was horrible. Too many large trucks taking up too many spaces when they could've limited the spaces the occupied. Getting out street hotel was on was difficult. Dusty pictures in room, bad for allergies. Old furniture in newly renovated room.

Pet friendly, but they do charge $25 more if you have a pet. Wish they would post that on their website ¿¿. Our room was changed from a king to 2queens because they put families with pets in a special section. Quiet & comfortable beds.

Dining room under construction, not many tables and not maintained during breakfast,and poor selection of food. Waffles good.

Check in took only minutes and everyone was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and had a mini kitchen.
