- The staff was friendly. Staff member was exceptionally helpful.
Cons -
- One elevator
- Room need deep clean-cobwebs in the corners & dust. Pool was closed for entire stay-3 nights & passes to another hotel's pool were not offered, nor was reasonable compensation. Staff was not available during checkout. Hallway noise is heard in the room.
- The shower did not have hot water and the staff were extra loud in the storage room across from me.
